Tatiana Lameiro is a plastic-visual artist, predoctoral researcher and lecturer. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Vigo (2013), a Master’s degree in Art Management in Advertising (2015), Master’s degree in Teaching (2014) with specialisation in Art and Drawing, and a Diploma as Senior Technician in Imaging (2001) and in Graphic Design (2002). Her professional experience in the field of design and photography is extensive, and her research focuses on the conceptualisation of graphic and editorial design, photographic image and the boundary between design and art. She was awarded the “Xavier Pousa” painting scholarship by the Mondariz Balneario Foundation (Pontevedra), and has participated both nationally and internationally in several individual and group exhibitions, with presence of works in numerous public and private collections. Tatiana has participated in several projects funded through competitive public tender, and participated as a speaker in a selection of top-level international congresses. She is currently a member of the dx5 – digital & graphic art_research group of the University of Vigo, specialised in contemporary expanded field graphics.
